We Need You!

Hi Friends. I hope your new year is going the way you hoped it would. If it's not I lift you in prayer. 🙏🏼 My message here today is one of hope and help. DERTY Yoga needs you. We have spent the last 15 months building and encouraging our yoga community and studio to support you in your health needs and wants. I've spoken more times than not on how important taking care of you is and that modern medicine isn't always the fix, or at the least, the complete fix. We here at DERTY want to be with you on your journey to feel better in your mind, body and spirit.



Being a newer established small business it's hard to gain the attention needed to bring in a large community of people, and believe me we have been working so hard to do it, that a time has come where we are asking for your help. We need your support. We are so unbelievably proud of our yoga studio and the clients who come here that it tears me up just writing this blog. Seeing the benefits yoga is giving them makes my heart smile. I wish so much those of you reading my blogs who haven't given us a try would please consider it. Come once. $22 for 1 class or take advantage of our BOGO and get 2 classes for $22! What do you have to lose?? Nothing. You have all to gain and nothing to lose. Our instructors are THE BEST. They're not just about the poses and being paid, they're about YOU. How you are feeling, where you need help with your body's aches/issues. They want you to feel your mind, body and spirit healing. They 100% believe in holistic health and healing. They can and will help you achieve whatever it is you need for yourself.


We THANK YOU for showing us love and giving us a chance to help and care for you. There is just so much evidence out there proving the benefits of yoga for everything from balance, strength to mental illness, and more serious illnesses. I can't force you to believe me and come see for yourself, but today I am really asking you to please come see us. Try a class. Give us the opportunity to help you help yourself.


We have so many current clients that suffer from, as my husband would say, "TMB's" (too many birthdays LOL!), that to help with the aging process come to do yoga a few times a week to manage their bodies with strengthening, stretching, balance, control, breathing, stress relief, relaxation. They notice the substantial difference in how they feel when they are moving and even resting. Yoga is a godsend not a detriment.



We want our future to be with you, our beautiful community, walking with you to health happiness. We want to continue being the place you come for rest. For relaxation and for healing. Together we can do this. Together we can be whole. Love and Hugs Always!
